Course Aims:                      This seminar and discussion workshop is aimed at providing a general overview of the law of redundancy and the general procedures that should be followed.

Who Should Attend:          It would therefore be suitable to provide a general overview for both employers overseeing redundancies in their organisations and for employees who are potentially facing redundancy.
